IVAN GUISADO

Architect / CEO & Founder

Ivan Guisado is an architect graduated from the Technical School of Architecture of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2006). He began his professional career in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where he participated in projects of great relevance for the region’s infrastructure, such as the expansion of Tenerife North Airport, among other public and private works.

Between 2011 and 2016, he developed a key stage of international projection in London, collaborating with renowned architectural practices. During these years, he took part in emblematic projects such as the new headquarters of the historic Foyles Bookstore, awarded the RIBA National Award 2015 (Building of the Year in the United Kingdom). He was also part of the team responsible for the largest residential development in central London, Hannover Square Residential, a project of high technical and architectural complexity.

His experience in multidisciplinary and international environments has enabled him to acquire a global approach to architecture, integrating innovation, sustainable design and efficient project management.

In 2017, he founded puerta35 arquitectura together with Nuria Bretón, consolidating a professional trajectory based on quality, technical rigor and a contemporary architectural vision.

ADASAT PACHECO

Architect / BIM Manager

Adasat Pacheco is an architect graduated from the Technical School of Architecture of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2014) and is part of the architectural team, contributing solid experience in BIM methodology applied to all phases of a project.

Specialized in BIM Management, he coordinates the implementation and development of digital models, optimizing design processes, quality control, and information management. His approach combines technical precision, strategic vision, and strong leadership in collaborative work environments.

Committed to innovation, Adasat promotes efficient solutions that enhance team communication, reduce errors, and increase project reliability, ensuring consistent outcomes aligned with international BIM standards.

EVA ROCHA

​Architect / Project architect

She is an architect graduated from the Technical School of Architecture of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2017). During her academic training, she participated in several international workshops, where she deepened her knowledge of contemporary design methodologies and explored new ways of approaching architecture from a global and creative perspective.

Throughout her professional career, she has collaborated on residential projects of various scales, from single-family homes to more complex developments, with a particular focus on high-end interior design. Her interest in materials, lighting, and user experience is reflected in proposals that combine functionality, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail.

Since 2018, she has been part of the puerta35 arquitectura team, contributing to the development of projects with a fresh, rigorous vision oriented towards architectural quality. Her work stands out for its aesthetic sensitivity, adaptability, and a constant pursuit of excellence throughout every stage of the creative process.

WILLIAM SIÑANI

Architect

William Siñani is an architect graduated from the Polytechnic School of Barcelona, where he completed his studies in 2021. His academic background is characterized by a strong focus on innovation and a contemporary approach to design, enriched by his participation in diverse academic and professional environments.

Throughout his career, he has gained experience in cities such as Barcelona and Valencia, collaborating with architecture studios of various scales and methodologies. This diversity of contexts and approaches has played a key role in shaping his professional versatility, allowing him to adapt easily to a wide range of projects—from small-scale interventions to proposals of greater technical and programmatic complexity.

His work is distinguished by an analytical and sensitive approach to design, combining functionality, aesthetics, and meticulous attention to detail. His ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams and contribute creative solutions makes him a strong and valuable profile within today’s architectural landscape.
